Intro:
We are currently seeking a Chief Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Account for arising accounting transactions: Cash receipts and payments, payment orders, instrument and tools entries, fixed assets, wages, insurance, invoice,….in accordance with the provisions of the law.
  • Monitor receivables, payables, advance debts, compare debts and recover secured debts according to the company’s regulations.
  • Finalize financial forecasts and projections.
  • Prepare tax reports on time as prescribed.
  • Execute the relevant works to payroll and mandatory insurnaces.
  • Support Admin department for the event budget, survey of quotations, contract review.
  • Prepare management reports at the request of the Board of Directors.
  • Have a good knowledge of Labor Law and situation resolution skill.
  • Represent the company to work with tax authorities and state management agencies.
  • Build financial models to ensure the company’s profitability.
  • Perform other tasks as required by management.

    • Qualifications

    • BSc degree in Accounting – Auditing, Finance – Banking or relevant field.
    • At least 5 years of experience a Chief Accountant position. Having experience on the Finance officer role or similar role is a plus.
    • Have a thorough understanding of the current tax, financial regulations, other policies and regimes.
    • Good pressure resistance; Have good leadership, analysis, problem solving, and good work management skills
    • Good English in communication, presentation and reporting. CV must be in English.
    • Ability to synthesize, analyze and evaluate well.
    • Proficient in office software, good at using accounting software.
    • Honest, meticulousness, carefulness in work and proactive.
    • Willingness to learn and engage
